Amsterdam Escape committee is on hand through out your stay to make it as amazing as possible. Below is some information you might find useful and after reading it and you still have questions check out our FAQ's Frequently Asked Questions and if you cannot find the answer there do not hesitate to mail us

Amsterdam Escape pride themselves on the level of customer service we offer, we're always available to offer you help in whatever way you require and can arrange almost everything to make your stay as trouble-free and enjoyable as possible no matter what your needs.

About your Stay

A copy of our A-Z is located in all our apartments and offers information on everything that is in your apartment and where to find it and also information on local restaurants on Nieuwmarkt square and a little further a field as well as details of good bars, places to eat and more.

Most of (and soon all) our apartments will have a PC with Internet which is hooked up to our Online concierge service which is manned over 18 hours a day. You can ask us questions, request taxis, order pizza or we can reserve restaurants, book tickets for concerts, theatre, museum or whatever.

Have you any Special Requests ? Once you have reserved your apartment with Escape you become part of the family. We will go to the ends of the earth to please our family so if you happen to have a request in mind, don't be shy as we have heard it all over the years.

Day Trips during your stay.

Many visitors use Amsterdam as their base to see other cities in the Netherlands and also other European cities as it's so easy. From central station in Amsterdam you can hop on a train and be in Brussels in one hour, Paris in four hours and Berlin in six and many others in between.

Taxi Limousine Service

Taxi Service to and from Schiphol airport. We can arrange your collection

at Schiphol and driven straight to your chosen apartment.

Cheaper than a regular taxi , we offer a fixed rate of Euro 40 for up to 4

guests and Euro 50 for 6. Also available for city tours or journeys further a

field. You can book your taxi here and we will arrange the rest.

Rental Bike

One of the best ways to get about and to see Amsterdam.

Have your rental bike awaiting your arrival. AmsterdamEscape

can arrange bike rental for you & your group. Just let us know

and we will arrange. Cost 12 Euros a day.

Escape Apartments

Do you require something added to your apartment during your stay? Have you got questions? about what will be provided? All of our properties come fully furnished equipped to the highest standards but you can ask for something special.
