Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@amsterdamescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

The Avenue is a 100 sq. m luxury three bedroom family apartment. The apartment is close to Vondelpark and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Consisting of a living room, kitchen with dining area, two bathrooms and three bedrooms.
Located 100 meters from Vondelpark and a 20 minute walk to Museum Square and Leidseplein. Tram number 2 will take you to Leidseplein in less than 10 minutes and Dam Square and the central station within 15-20 minutes. Amsterdam's main sights are reachable by foot or tram.
Modern, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and kitchenware.
The apartment has three bedrooms. One bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 bedrooms with 1 single bed. The bedrooms have clothes storage and 2 windows with blinds. The apartment has 2 modern bathrooms. One with a shower, bathtub and a sink and one with only a shower. There is also a separate toilet with sink next to the living room.
HOUSERULES: Smoking cigarettes is allowed only on the balcony. Cannabis not allowed! There is access to the balcony. the doors are open and guests can smoke a cigarette there. It is not allowed to throw cigarette butts in the neighbors garden. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, because all rooms are connected with an electrical smoke detector system. If you do smoke inside the apartment, the smoke alarm will switch on. Smoking cigarettes in front of the building is not allowed due to neighbors regulation. It is not allowed to smoke cannabis inside or outside the building. We have to remind you that other guests or neighbors will call us in case they smell cannabis. If this happens we will inform the Police, charge the deposit and you will have to leave the apartment without any refunds. Noise: Please walk quietly on the staircase of the building and lower your voice when you talk to other people before 9 am and after 10 pm. Don’t leave food or leftovers in the kitchen or on the dining table. And don’t leave garbage bags open! This will attract mice! Don’t scream loud and please don’t play the TV / audio system loudly before 9 am and after 10 pm.? It is not allowed to bring your own audio system for playing loud music in the apartment. It is not allowed to invite people to party or to sleep over at the apartment. General: Don’t leave the windows open when you go out of the apartment. Because if it rains this will damage the wooden floors. It’s not allowed (city rules) to put garbage outside the building on any other day but the official garbage days. Ask the host for the correct days. Don’t leave crates of beer or other beverages in the apartment. If the neighbors complain to us about disrespecting one of the above house rules, we have the right to deduct your deposit.
The remaining balance can be paid by card and check in instructions will be sent the week of arrival.
Payment Procedure: The amount due can only be paid on arrival by credit or debit card. Accepted payment methods for the rental fee: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro. No cash payments accepted for the amount due. On the day of arrival we will charge 250 euro damage deposit on your credit or debit card. The damage deposit will be refunded after inspection within 48 hours after your departure. Booking policies: After making a booking it is not possible to ask for discounts due to less people staying in the apartment. If you want to add extra guests after making the booking, we charge 25 euro per person per night extra because of extra administration costs. The extra charge has to be paid in cash upon arrival. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation less than 2 months is 25% penalty, less than 1 month is 50%, less than 2 weeks is 100%.
