Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@amsterdamescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Spacious and sunny fourth floor,(with lift) one bedroom apartment with lift, located on the lovely Westermarkt in the heart of the Jordaan. The apartment is in a well maintained building with a wonderful view of the Westerkerk and the Keizersgracht canal .
Conveniently located in the Jordaan area of the city centre with three tram lines, and two buses right outside the door which will take you to Central station in 10 minutes. It is a mere two blocks from the Anne Frank House and walking distance to the Museum area and Vondel Park. There are cafes and restaurants on the street as well as a supermarket right next door. The neighborhood has many unique type shops as well as neighborhood stores and services. district. There is a bicycle shop on the street if you want to rent a bike.
The kitchen area is off the living room with new appliances including a microwave, stove, refrigerator,and dishwasher, plus a large assortment of dishes, pots, and pans, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine.
The bedroom comes with queen size bed, flat screen TV, DVD player, closet space and dresser and has a garden view. There is also a couch in the bedroom that is comfortable enough for a third person or a child to sleep on. The bathroom has a bath with shower and there is a separate toilet.
There is a washing machine, and dryer, desk with a desktop computer and printer/copier. . We have two very close friends who live nearby and take care of the apartment when we are in NY. They will greet you and explain everything you need to know . Since they renovated the apartment when we bought it, they know it inside out.
We have a two week minimum stay, and will rent up to three months if available. There is a E500 security deposit when you arrive, and a 25% deposit when you reserve. The balance is due one month before you arrive. The E500 security will be returned the day you leave. We take paypal, bank transfers, and personal checks. Please email if you have any questions.
